Join us for our next mommy & baby Barre workshop!
Designed for new moms and their babies, this 5-week workshop series is an ideal way to focus on specific postpartum areas while enjoying time with your baby and building social connections. In this 45 min class you will have the option of using a baby carrier or simply setting your little one up in the middle of the class with his/her favorite toy, allowing them to interact with the other babies in the room (available to babies 6 weeks-10 months).
Nursing, feeding, bouncing and crying are normal activities here! Child-minding room is also accessible in the studio if babies want to sleep…No past barre experience necessary!!
This mix of basic ballet and pilates exercises focus on rebuilding strength in the abdominals and pelvic floor as well as increasing flexibility, and toning arms, core, calves, and buns all while bonding with baby. No prior dance or pilates experience is required to participate in class.
This class combines expert, science-backed postnatal fitness advice with the support and confidence building tools to empower you as a mother. No one knows you, your body, or your baby better than you. Classes offer a judgement free zone where new moms can exercise and share the joys and challenges of mommy-hood in a supportive community of other new moms.
No need for a babysitter...bring your baby to the barre! Babies giggling, toys rattling, rounds of milk for all & mama getting fit! That's what I call a happy hour!!
