Tula Studios is a Sanctuary for Everyday Healthy living. Believing that you should move your body everyday, we've created a space where you can find balance in how you do that. Whether you're pushing it on the Spinning bike, inverse in aerial yoga, or feeling that "good shake" in barre class, you can always find your what you need to balance out your day. 

If this is Day 1 or Year 20 in any of these practices, we welcome you! All our instructors teach classes that are balanced to introduce the novice and challenge the expert. 

We are located in the Knightville neighborhood in South Portland, just over the bridge from downtown Portland, Maine.
