While there is no cure for Alzheimer's Disease, research suggests that yoga and meditation may play a role in prevention and improving symptoms. Research also suggests the healing powers of music as means of mind/body connection.
All proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Association, Maine Chapter who's mission is "to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health."
Suggested donation $15

About the musicians:This is a first time collaboration between local musicians, Gallen Richmond and Hannah Tarkinson. With the combination of multiple synthesizers and vocal effects, they will create a sound to enhance the meditative state that comes with practicing yoga.
