The Back Channel: Postural Muscles, Glutes + Hamstrings

Barre classes can offer a great opportunity to address the disconnect we have as a society with the
entire back channel of our body. As a whole, we sit A LOT and with that the muscles of our back body
have become weak and in some cases, have entirely shut off. Join Elizabeth April for 2 hours of
strengthening and connecting again with the muscles of the back, glutes, and hamstrings using typical
barre movements.
Workshop will be part discussion and part movement. Open to barre teacher and all level practitioners!
