Embracing our Feminine Light

This 3 hour workshop will begin with an hour of relaxing, candlelit Yoga Nidra lead by Becky Payne. It will help release the stress of your week and open your body and mind to receive the healing energy of the divine feminine. Yoga Nidra is a deep, guided meditation and visualization that opens your heart to call in your deepest desires, allowing you to confidently shine your feminine light. Yoga Nidra means "sleep with trace awareness". It often brings you to deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Show yourself some love and care, while going inward and receiving the healing benefits of rest. One hour of Yoga Nidra is like three to four hours of sleep! 
 

After Yoga Nidra we will gather for tea, some light snacks and reflection. You will also enjoy 10 minutes in an infrared sauna, which is a type of sauna that uses light to create heat, healing and deep relaxation.  We will then start to explore the wisdom that herbs can teach us.

Plants are magical tools that can help us tap into our feminine knowing. Through taste, smell and experience Katie Munn will lead you through meeting 4 herbal allies that will help you connect more deeply within yourself. They will show you what it means to be open,receptive, set proper boundaries yet let your love shine through. Once we are standing in our truth and light we are more able to deeply embrace our divine feminine. We open to receiving and relax into our true intuitive nature. Through working with the plants they will teach us this.

Through this experience of Yoga Nidra + meeting the plants our intention is you leave this class feeling relaxed, open and receptive to the world and all the gifts it has to offer you!
