In this workshop you will connect with the root of your being. We will learn how to engage and release the elusive pelvic floor and discover the movements of the pelvis, including a discussion on what a neutral pelvis means and why it's so important to your yoga practice. We will coax cranky hips back into rhythm by finding space and releasing congestion from sitting. We will re-ignite the fire in your belly and learn how to better utilize your core to take the workload off your low back. This workshop is for anyone who feels disengaged in your center, tight through your hips, or totally mystified when your yoga teacher starts talking about the orientation of your hips and pelvis in class.
