The WILD Woman Project
New Moon in Libra

Every new moon, we have the opportunity to set an intention or wish for the moon cycle ahead. It is a seeding time, and more powerful than one might imagine. Join circle leader Danielle Gismondi, for The WILD Woman Project.

Here, we remember what it’s like to be a woman, untamed, in the company of others. Leave your masks and veils outside. Come just as you are, no questions asked. Inside, you are seen as you, and supported as a woman who feels deeply and intuitively. Based on the astrology of the new moon, we explore different themes of the divine feminine within a sacred container that we create together.

Every circle includes:
*community & time to share
*visualization
*creative ritual
*intention setting
(and of course, tea & chocolate)

Set on, or near the new moon every month, these circles create a container for women to come as they are, no questions asked. All who identify as women are welcome.


$10-$20 suggested donation for materials, but please come regardless of ability to pay. Income is no barrier here.

Aerial Yoga Nidra with Lily

Join Lily for a blissful hour of relaxation.

Aerial Yoga offers authentic yoga, with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock — to explore, refine, and advance traditional asana, both in the air and on the ground. Supportive aerial hammocks enable the students to feel safe, relaxed and peaceful. 

Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Enjoy the experience while being held, weightless in an aerial yoga swing. If you prefer, you may lay on a yoga mat on the floor. You will receive the same benefits. You will be guided into a state of deep relaxation where breathing and thoughts are slowed. It is not sleep as we think of it, but rather a conscious sleep in the threshold state between sleep and wakefulness. Because one hour of Yoga Nidra equals about four hours of typical sleep, mental clarity improves, energy increases, creativity & intuition will flourish and mood swings & emotional upsets are minimized. No previous experience needed!

Chakra Balancing Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra with Massage, Reiki and Essential Oils

Prepare for ultimate relaxation in your mind and body while creating balance in your Chakras (energy centers in the body). During this two hour candlelit workshop you will sink into stillness through Chakra Balancing Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. You will relax deeply into restorative yoga postures, releasing tension, while creating ease in the body.  As you unwind into the postures, you will be supported by bolsters, blankets and blocks. I will offer hands on massage, reiki and essential oils for each of the 7 Chakras. 

Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing, guided meditation and visualization that opens your heart to call in your deepest desires while bringing balance to your energy centers. Yoga Nidra means "sleep with trace awareness". It often brings you to deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. Show yourself some love and care, while going inward and receiving the healing benefits of rest.

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get comfortable and prepare your body and mind the deep rest and deep nourishment that it deserves. See you on your mat!

Celebrate the Winter Solstice!

This Winter Solstice, join Kelly Rich for a cozy + candlelit evening to remember. You will be offered a restorative yoga practice that utilizes the support of props + blankets for added comfort + ease, hands on-reiki healing, and to seal the class, you will journey into a guided meditation/yoga nidra to drop even deeper into your inner landscape.

In the midst of winter festivities, we are asked to reflect on the past year and nourish ourselves for the new year to come. These 90 minutes are spent in seated and reclined positions and are skillfully designed to alleviate any discomfort, tension + stress. Gift yourself (and maybe a loved one too) a chance to pause, reset, restore + nourish during the busyness of this holiday season. By dropping into stillness, you honor your own inner wisdom + Mother Nature herself.

No experience necessary. Space is limited + Pre-registration highly recommended. Energy exchange is $35.

Hips | Pelvis | Core Workshop with Holly

In this workshop you will connect with the root of your being. We will learn how to engage and release the elusive pelvic floor and discover the movements of the pelvis, including a discussion on what a neutral pelvis means and why it's so important to your yoga practice. We will coax cranky hips back into rhythm by finding space and releasing congestion from sitting. We will re-ignite the fire in your belly and learn how to better utilize your core to take the workload off your low back. This workshop is for anyone who feels disengaged in your center, tight through your hips, or totally mystified when your yoga teacher starts talking about the orientation of your hips and pelvis in class.

Your body is a universe connected to and reflecting all that is. Robin combines the studies of astrology and yoga in an original sequence correlating your physical and energetic body with each sign. Experience mudra, mantra and asana from an astrological perspective while balancing the chakras and connecting to the elements of air, water, earth and fire. This workshop includes both asana practice and astrology talk including insights for all signs. 

Robin created and began presenting RoZoYo® in 2013. She is an E-RYT and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider with training through Sacred Seeds Yoga School, Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, and Lotus Pond Center for Yoga and Health. She has been writing and broadcasting Robin's Zodiac Zone in various forms of media since 1999.

A Night To Benefit Alzheimer's

A night to benefit

Join yoga instructor, Lily Dougher, and musicians, Galen Richmond and Hannah Tarkinson for a night of healing. Through the balance of yoga, live music and community we will enhance mind/body connection to provide healing and awareness. This is an all levels yoga class.

While there is no cure for Alzheimer's Disease, research suggests that yoga and meditation may play a role in prevention and improving symptoms. Research also suggests the healing powers of music as means of mind/body connection.

All proceeds go to the Alzheimer's Association, Maine Chapter who's mission is "to eliminate Alzheimer's disease through the advancement of research; to provide and enhance care and support for all affected; and to reduce the risk of dementia through the promotion of brain health."

Suggested donation $15

If you are not able to physically participate in the yoga class, we invite you join us before or after the class.

Intro to AIReal Workshop:

AIReal Yoga simply uses the aerial hammock as a prop to enhance and support your yoga practice. This workshop will allow you to deepen your stretch, correct your alignment and safely perform inversions without compressing your spine. The hammock is an amazing tool you can use for balance or getting into postures you may never have thought you could. This new form of yoga is beneficial for beginners and advanced students. You will take your practice in the air, defy gravity, move freely and release fear. You will leave class feeling taller, leaner, and quite literally, higher. It helps you to relax and breathe out tension and stress while increasing your circulation and metabolism. Flip your hourglass and put some fun back into your routine.
